Fees Stop Immediately:
Once you move out, we look after the costs.
We Guarantee that your Weekly Fee and your Village Contribution Fee will both cease immediately from the day you permanently vacate your dwelling (Vision receives "vacant possession").
No ongoing maintenance costs:
If it needs fixing, we'll take care of it.
We Guarantee that you will not be charged for any ongoing maintenance on your dwelling (other than damage over and above fair wear and tear) while you live in your dwelling.
No Capital Loss:
No loss is your gain.
We Guarantee that any payment on termination of your Occupation will not be affected by any decline in the value of your dwelling that may result in a capital loss for you.
Fixed Village Contribution Fee:
Know where you stand from day one.
We Guarantee to fix your Village Contribution Fee at time of entry and cap our standard plan to a maximum of 30% of your purchase price, no matter how long you live in a Vision village. We will also honour this guarantee even if you transfer to another dwelling in the village or another Vision village.
No Hidden Costs:
We are totally upfront about costs.
We Guarantee not to charge any additional costs on termination of your Occupation Licence for refurbishment of your dwelling, sales & marketing or administration costs (except any damage over and above fair wear and tear).
On selling your dwelling:
Relax and leave it to our sales team.
We Guarantee to use our highly experienced and dedicated Vision sales team to on sell your dwelling and secure the earliest possible repayment for you and your family. We also guarantee to keep you fully informed of all sales activity on your dwelling during the period it is for sale.
Facilitating in-home care:
To help you maintain and enjoy your independence.
We Guarantee our staff will help facilitate any government subsidised or private care into your home should you require it at any stage during your life at a Vision village.
Changing your mind:
We want you to be sure.
We Guarantee that if you change your mind, for any reason, within 15 working days of you signing your Occupation Licence for a Vision dwelling, we will cancel this licence and refund your deposit in full plus any interest that has been accrued.
